What items can be sold on CryptoMoto?

You can sell any goods and services which are deemed legal to trade. All drugs, child pornography, copy right material and weapons of any kind are not permitted to be sold on our website, check out our band items page and Terms and Conditions page for more details.

How does the escrow system work?

Payments for sellers are held for 7 days after shipping time you selected, the buyer can release payments early if they are happy with the item, the funds will be auto released on the 7th day after shipping time.

If the buyer claims item was not received then funds will be held until case is resolved in “‘disputes” located in the drop-down menu, CryptoMoto can step in if buyer and seller cannot come to a solution

Do I have to use your escrow service when I buy an item on CryptoMoto.com?

Yes, we highly recommend this for safety of your funds and products for both buyer and seller.

How do I know my coins are safe with you?

All payments are sent to the CryptoMoto’s smart contract. And seller will receive funds once customer has received goods, and is able to refund if needed. You are also using your own wallet on Metamask so you control the private keys.

How much are your Fees and Charges?

1.95% fee for all categories you can use the profit calculator to see how much you’re making and other cost like shipping and fees.

I have received an email asking me to confirm my password, what is this?

CryptoMoto will NEVER ask you to confirm your password. We do not need your password for any purposes. CryptoMoto will ONLY send emails from CryptoMoto.com email addresses. Any emails received claiming to be from CryptoMoto and asking for your password is an attempt to gain access to your profile. Be very careful with phishing attempts and fake emails and report such activities to the support team ASAP so the correct actions can be taken to protect your account. Please enable Google 2fa to add another layer of security to your account.

How can I withdraw funds from CryptoMoto.com?

You cannot delete items you’ve posted from your account page under the “Active items” menu. and switch between activate and deactivate.
